Human Body Systems
What do we know about the organs and systems that comprise (make up) the human body systems? Starting May 6th we explore this question and many others. Our focus will be on the digestive, musculoskeletal, and respiratory and circulatory systems. Please click on the link below to see the learning targets for each day and the tasks that should be completed to work toward the learning target and show evidence of your learning.

Put on your legislative hat because it is time to become senators and representatives in our team wide Bill to Law Mock Congress simulation. Students will need to take an issue to a deep level as they research issue information and write bills. On March 4th the Mock Congress of Lopez will be in session!
Due Dates for Bennett's Committee Groups
Thursday, February 28-complete graphic organizer, print out, have electronic copy at school
Thursday, February 28-submit application letter for Speaker of the House or Vice-president of the Senate if interested. Elections will be Tuesday and require a short speech. Elections for clerks will be on Feb. 28th and do not require letters.
